St. Patty's Day

For some people, today is about green beer and whiskey. That might have been us, actually. Nowadays it's about green pancakes (too tragic to actually share pictures of but they were edible and that's what counts!), green shirts, and green sugar cookies. 

We had some fun with crafts today, thanks to Pinterest. A complete timesuck but there are some fabulous ideas for things to do with kids that are fun, pretty easy and have instructions. All good things as far as I'm concerned!

Sloane started by coloring some Easter egg cards...
and ended up giving herself the world's worst makeup job. Joker, anyone?

This cute Easter garland is made out of those paint swatches
from Home Depot. I cut them and Tagg punched the holes and threaded all the cards.
We were pretty impressed with ourselves.

Wallpapering the tub with Star Wars stickers and filling it with cars...
NOT a planned craft activity.
But mom's gotta shower sometime.

After a long day of fun and games and green sugar cookies,
Sloane decided it was important to go to bed with her boots on.
One brown Ugg and one pink one.
They didn't match each other but they perfectly match her leopard-print PJ's.
